Yes, under the condition that expiry dates are one month after the submission date. If it is less than one month, the entity should initiate the renewal of the license at the relevant entity.
Handicrafts should provide the following documents:
1. An official, signed Letter of Authorization from the entity appointing an entity representative (mandatory)
2. A Commercial Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Commerce (mandatory)
3. Any license to prove manufacturing within KSA (if applicable)
The program coordinates the registration of handicrafts with the Heritage Commission in Ministry of Culture.
Upon providing the required documents and receiving an approval from the heritage commission, the entity will have the right to use the logo in its communications/marketing, and on products.
The entity should present two certificates if it falls under the Processed Foods or Pharmaceuticals:
1. An Industrial Facility License from the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources
2. An Establishment License from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA)
